Forest minds workshop – international day of the forest

We are celebrating International day of the forest with the workshops of Forest minds and Nordic walking all around the Czech and Slovak republic.

This year with the topic of RESILIENCE. Let’s be inspired by the north, by Finnish SISU, exercises which Forest minds bring and also exchange with each other…how to manage well in these times which are not easy and how to support our resilience and strength.

2 hours in the forest will be filled with walk and little short simple exercises which helps to: calm down (inspired by mindfulness),  reflect on some important things of the life (inspired by life coaching), and try to work on art of seeing also good around and inside ourselves (inspired by positive psychology). This way you learn the tools of self care which you can use later during your walks in the forests.

Fee: 300 Kč (50 Kč goes to new tree, this year with the organization ČMELÁK

PS: Spending time in nature has been found to promote health. Forests Mind is an innovation system of mental skills exercises designed to utilize and intensify the natural healing effects of forests. This method uses the latest, most widely accepted trends in psychology, therapy, and coaching, including mindfulness and life coaching, in a natural setting or with natural imagery.

The Forest mind is about calming, exhaling, inhaling, settling thoughts, training for presence, perception not only of the mind, but also of feelings, of the body.
