We will have time in the forest and some beautiful simple exercises,
during which we will “bathe” our senses in the spring forest.
The workshop offers the opportunity to try and take with you short simple exercises leading:
– to calm down, relax and rest,
– recharge energy
– ability to be present,
– rest the senses
Exercises are always combined with walking, you need to be able to walk at least 3 km in the terrain . You will also learn about the impact of nature on our physical and mental health, the origin of the Finnish Forest Mind method, its sister Forest Therapy and the Forest Bathing, and you may find something you weren’t even looking for!
