Spending time in nature has been found to promote health. Forest Mind is an innovation system of mental skills exercises designed to utilize and intensify the natural healing effects of forests. This method uses the latest, most widely accepted trends in psychology, therapy, and coaching, including mindfulness and life coaching, in a natural setting or with natural imagery.
It has been scientifically proven that 10 minutes spent in the forest lead to a drop in blood pressure, 20 minutes – improvement in mood, 60 minutes – sharpening of attention, 2 hours – recovery of the immune system, 5 hours a month – an increase in positive emotions.
Forest Mind exercises deepen the healing effects of the forest, nature on our health and life satisfaction, well-being. Even a 3-minute exercise that you do in one day will make the day even more beautiful. Nature helps us to focus better on exercise, it does part of the work for us without us having to develop any effort.
The forest mind is about calming, exhaling, inhaling, settling thoughts, training for presence, perception not only of the mind, but also of feelings, of the body.
The method has been created in the course of 10 years thanks to a beautiful wise Finnish woman named Sirpa Arvonen. It is based on the latest research. Based on the knowledge of positive psychology and mindfulness training, using the principles of coaching. It is simple, accessible to everyone. And better than just talking about it, it’s definitely better trying it yourself.
HOW THE COURSES WORK
WHERE: the programes – tastings, workshops and tailor-made courses are ideally held outdoors. But – we can also do a Forest Mind workshop indoors, and also in a park or garden. The programme consists of physically undemanding, short or a slightly longer exercises (from 3 minutes to 20 minutes), interspersed with walking.

After registering and paying, you will receive more detailed information on when and where exactly the programe begins.
WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU:
Any clothing in which you feel well and warm (according to the season), shoes suitable for walking in the forest, a backpack with a bottle (or thermos) with something to drink and a snack (depending on the length of the programe), something against the rain (raincoat, umbrella, both), something to sit on.
